Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Senior Living to own our largest multi-location deals. This role is fully remote (USA or Canada) and targets senior living operators with many communities.

You will manage discovery, proposal, negotiation and close across long, multi-stakeholder cycles. You will close high-value, multi-location accounts, collaborating with leadership to shape proposals that win at scale.

Formación

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually with enterprise or multi-location buyers.
• Experience selling to senior living operators or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals for key deals.
