Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location accounts from first meeting to signed contracts. This role centers on closing high-value deals across senior living groups and home care networks, with inbound support and a strategic, consultative approach.

You will manage full deal cycles, collaborate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and drive expansion across locations and services as groups sign.

Formación

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into senior living groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Independent contributor role with no direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
