Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team. We seek practicing or former lawyers who can guide customers in adopting Relativity’s AI platform and claiR for lawyers. You will work with the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, in the US to drive adoption across the customer lifecycle.

This role blends legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, focusing on scalable AI solutions that improve litigation, investigations, and compliance workflows. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
7+ years practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives; lead demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to product teams and refine capabilities.
Bridge legal and technical workflows; translate AI capabilities into practical insights.
