Job summary

You will work across the customer lifecycle, guiding lawyers and partnerships with sales and product teams.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and emphasizes adoption, workflow transformation, and credible legal engineering. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years of legal practice in law firms or in-house.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to attorneys and executives.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Hands-on with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across firms, corporate teams, and public sector.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives for discovery and demos.
• Lead product demonstrations connecting Relativity AI to real use cases.
• Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to drive measurable value.
• Act as Voice of the Legal Customer to inform product direction.
