Job summary

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company delivering AI-powered tools through RelativityOne. The Legal AI Advisor role focuses on helping lawyers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience built for lawyers.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, working across the customer lifecycle to drive lawyer adoption at scale in the US.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law at a firm and/or in-house.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate teams.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
• Act as voice of the legal customer and provide feedback to product/engineering.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
