Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer who will help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers. The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US and spans the full customer lifecycle, focusing on scaled adoption of AI in legal workflows.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years of experience practicing law (AmLaw a plus).
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector orgs.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with cross-functional teams and lead tailored product demonstrations.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer by providing product feedback and contributing to assets for customer engagement.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for attorneys and informing product roadmaps.
