Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company with a global AI platform, RelativityOne, and claiR. The Legal AI Advisor helps clients understand, adopt, and realize value from these AI tools in real-world workflows.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and operates across the full customer lifecycle to drive broad lawyer adoption of AI at scale. This is a remote position with significant client interaction.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required
• 10+ years practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house
• Strong understanding of legal workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools including Relativity aiR

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers across firms and organizations to drive adoption
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives for discovery, positioning, and alignment
• Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity's AI capabilities to real legal use cases
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage
• Provide feedback to Product Marketing and Engineering on customer needs and usability
