Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Legal AI Advisor to help clients adopt and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR. You will work across the customer lifecycle, translating complex legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, product, and customer success to drive adoption and measurable impact. The position reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and is located in the United States with a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) with Bar admission required.
7+ years of legal practice experience, ideally at a law firm or in-house.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and practical AI use in law.
Excellent communication and ability to engage legal and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector.
Understand customer workflows and identify opportunities for transformation.
Lead tailored product demonstrations showing Relativity’s AI capabilities in real legal use cases.
Support pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and account executives to align solutions.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Bridge legal workflows with AI integration in client processes and gather feedback for product improvement.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
