Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help lawyers adopt RelativityOne and claiR, our new AI experience for legal professionals. The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and sits in a fast-moving, client-facing team based in the US.

You will work across the full customer lifecycle, building trusted relationships, guiding adoption, and translating legal needs into practical AI solutions. This is a remote role with strong compensation and career growth.

Qualifications

JD and bar admission are required.
10+ years of practice in law, with litigation experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Client-facing experience is a plus.
Curiosity about AI and its application to legal workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with demonstrations of AI capabilities.
Enable post-sales adoption through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer to influence product direction.
Bridge legal and technical workflows to improve AI adoption.
