Relativity in the United States is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR. You will work at the intersection of legal practice and AI, guiding law firms and legal teams through adoption and value realization with Relativity’s AI tools.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting and emphasizes deep legal expertise, client advisory skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale AI use in legal workflows.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years practicing law at a law firm (AmLaw a plus) and/or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to operate in fast-moving cross-functional environments.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across law firms and corporate legal teams.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer, providing feedback to product teams.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights.
