Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor (attorney) to help customers adopt and realize value from RelativityOne and claIR, our AI experience for lawyers. You’ll operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, based in the US, and requires deep legal expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development).
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Lead pre-sales demonstrations and align AI capabilities with real use cases.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive value.
