Job summary

Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR. You will operate at the intersection of legal practice and AI, guiding lawyers through workflows, adoption, and strategic transformation.

You’ll report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, coordinating with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to drive measurable impact across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 3+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage Lawyers as Primary Users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
• Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
• Enable onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers.
• Help refine product capabilities to better serve attorney workflows.
