Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI-focused customer teams with Legal AI Advisors. This role helps lawyers adopt AI-powered tools, reimagine workflows, and integrate RelativityOne into day-to-day practice.

You’ll work across law firms, corporate legal departments, and service providers to drive adoption and measurable impact. We seek a practicing or former attorney with 10+ years of experience, strong communication, and a passion for AI-enabled legal

Qualifications

10+ years of experience practicing law
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work

Responsibilities

Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation
Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently
Partner with Pre‑Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment
Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases
Help secure the 'legal win' by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption
Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact
Act as Voice of the Legal Customer: provide feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on needs and adoption barriers
Bridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge: translate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals
