Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team. This role combines legal expertise with AI to help customers adopt RelativityOne AI tools and related claiR and aiR products.

The advisor collaborates across legal practice areas, product, and engineering to drive adoption and value realization. As a practicing or former lawyer, you will bridge legal workflows with AI to enhance efficiency and defensibility, guiding customers through evaluation,

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
Lead pre-sales and adoption conversations with engineers and executives.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity AI to real use cases.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive sustained usage.
Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
Collaborate with Customer Success to translate adoption into growth.
Provide feedback to product and engineering on customer needs and barriers.
Refine product capabilities to better serve attorney workflows.
Contribute to playbooks and scalable assets for customer engagement.
