Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to lead lease administration processes and client-facing communications for global portfolios. The role emphasizes accuracy in data, timely reporting, and strong vendor relationships in a remote working setup.

You will manage rent obligations, analyze lease terms, and drive process improvements with cross‑functional teams. Strong experience with CRE databases and GAAP/IFRS knowledge is expected, and collaboration with the global team is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar is preferred.
• Experience with major CRE databases and portfolio management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Administration functions, relationships, and reporting for client portfolios.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease matters.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain lease data accuracy (e.g., WorkTrac) and ensure contract scope and billing details are correct.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports.
