Job summary

Colliers in the United States is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage global lease administration for midsized to large accounts under a global account structure. This role focuses on client governance, reporting, and process optimization while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will maintain lease data, track critical dates, present portfolio updates, and lead weekly communications across the global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting or property management.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with lease administration databases and client governance programs.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, billing, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Understand client objectives, real estate strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain leases and billing information in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Conduct regular client reviews with portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and reporting cadences.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Oversee global team in delivering contract-compliant services.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules and reconcile accounts with landlords and clients.
