Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage complex lease administration for midsized to large accounts within a global framework. You will act as the main client contact, oversee data accuracy in WorkTrac, and drive governance programs with a focus on timely portfolio updates and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in lease administration or related fields, experience with major lease databases, and strong time management.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration and related fields.
• Degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with lease databases such as Visual Lease, ProLease, or CoStar.

Mansioni

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain lease data, boundaries of scope, and billing information in WorkTrac.
• Lead client governance, reporting cadences, and reviews with clients.
• Prepare and present portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Oversee accuracy of rent, CAM, operating expenses, tax and insurance payments.
