Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Pittsburgh, remote-ready, is seeking a Senior Lease Administration Associate & Abstractor to deliver high-quality lease abstractions and financial reviews for multiple client portfolios.

You will coordinate with regional teams, maintain compliance, analyze rents and CAM charges, review invoices, and support the lease administration platform with a customer-first mindset. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years lease administration or related real estate experience
• Experience with lease administration databases preferred
• Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
• Strong financial/analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Proactive issue spotting and solutioning
• Willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lease abstraction services
• Manage client portfolios and timelines
• Coordinate abstractions with transition and regional teams
• Review CAM, taxes, rent variance, and invoices
• Prepare invoices and support invoice processing workflows
• Maintain strong client/vendor/landlord relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal/external policies
• Track milestones and provide variance reports
• Partner with outsource providers as needed
