Job summary

Colliers seeks a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team across multiple accounts. You will oversee lease abstraction, data quality, reporting, and client communications while aligning with client objectives and contract terms.

The role requires 7+ years in CRE lease administration or related fields, experience with CoStar/Yardi/ProLease, and strong MS Office skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; remote collaboration and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management.
• Experience with portfolio databases such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease or Virtual Lease.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Lease Administration team and manage accounts, including HR functions for the team.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translations, data quality, and reporting for assigned accounts.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure timely client communications and governance.
• Monitor expirations, rent obligations, and coordinate with landlords and clients.
