You will liaise with transition/regional teams, manage double-check processes, and maintain accurate lease data in CoStar and other platforms while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in lease administration or related fields with lease abstraction expertise.
• Proficiency in lease administration databases and data interpretation.

• Lease Abstraction: liaison with internal teams to obtain documents and abstract key information.
• Review CAM, taxes, rents, and invoices for accuracy.
• Manage data entry, validation, and lifecycle of lease documents.
• Prepare variance reports and assist in financial analysis for portfolios.
• Maintain client, vendor, and landlord relationships with a customer-first mindset.
