Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem across the technical sales organization. You will convert field insights and product expertise into scalable learning resources and drive webinars, training materials, and updates for sellers.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives with strategic priorities and measure impact on seller readiness and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related tech roles.
• Proven ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical knowledge ecosystem to improve seller performance and revenue growth.
• Develop, manage, and scale knowledge assets for consistent customer engagement across the technical sales org.
• Coordinate live webinars and ensure accuracy of training materials.
• Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and publish updates to the seller community.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Enablement, and SMEs to capture and leverage institutional knowledge.
• Lead initiatives to improve knowledge accessibility, usability, and impact.
