Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the knowledge ecosystem for the technical sales organization. You will convert field experience and product expertise into scalable training assets and lead programs to improve seller readiness and revenue growth.

You will coordinate live webinars, curate training resources, and publish updates while partnering with Product, Operations, and Enablement to ensure content stays accurate and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and scale technical knowledge assets for consistent customer engagement across the technical sales organization
• Coordinate and facilitate live webinars for the technical seller
• Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and publish technical updates
• Support onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning for technical sales professionals
• Translate complex concepts into consumable learning materials in collaboration with SMEs
• Partner with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives with priorities
