Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem, aligning field insights and product expertise into scalable learning assets for the technical sales organization.

You will develop and manage knowledge content, curate training resources, and lead internal forums, onboarding, and certification efforts to improve seller readiness and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management & Content Strategy: curate and maintain the technical knowledge library driving content quality and consistency across playbooks and materials.
• Establish standards and governance for content creation, review, publication, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure technical information remains accurate and aligned with business objectives.
• Lifecycle support of technology education content for technical sellers to maintain proficiency on Lumen products and processes.
• Publish technical updates to the technical seller community.
