Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. seeks an HR Knowledge and Intelligence Manager to own the governance and quality of HR knowledge across the enterprise. You will lead discovery, taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle standards to provide trusted information for employees, leaders, and AI agents.

You will collaborate with HR, AI, privacy, and security teams to ensure responsible AI use and policy precision while enabling enterprise-wide knowledge discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of knowledge management, content strategy, and information governance.
• Experience with HR operations, policy ownership, and sensitive information handling.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, content-management systems, and enterprise search.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the HR knowledge and intelligence strategy and operating model.
• Inventory and standardize fragmented HR content across repositories and systems.
• Coordinate resolution of outdated or conflicting content with HR domain owners.
• Build and manage a knowledge agent workforce with clear boundaries and QA.
• Partner with HR, AI, privacy, legal, and records-management teams for reliable AI use.
• Design readiness tests to ensure authoritative sources and proper citations.
