Job summary

Lumen seeks a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem for its technical sales organization. You will convert field experience and product expertise into scalable assets and lead content development, governance, and training programs.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Enablement and SMEs to ensure knowledge is current, accessible, and impactful across the business. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in tech sales, enablement or knowledge management.
• Proven ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical knowledge ecosystem and convert field experience and product expertise into scalable capabilities.
• Develop, manage and scale technical knowledge assets for consistent customer engagement.
• Coordinate live webinars and ensure accuracy of training; curate external training resources.
• Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and publish updates to the seller community.
• Translate technical expertise and business priorities into reusable content and learning resources.
