Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Springfield, IL. You will partner with IT and other managers to build diverse talent pools, screen candidates, and present top fits, while mentoring the team and driving TA strategy across the organization.

You will support relative HR policy development, workforce planning, and projects to enhance a best-in-class candidate experience and recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications, skills and sources.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse pipeline.
• Plan for future needs and build pipelines of high-quality candidates in advance.
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance or bespoke reporting.
• Market the organization by sharing its mission, priorities, and value proposition.
• Use social media, job boards and external opportunities to raise awareness.
• Advise on interview guides and secure buy-in from managers on their use.
