Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Human Resources team in Phoenix.

You will lead the full lifecycle recruitment for Information Technology roles, sourcing diverse candidates and partnering with managers to build robust pipelines and effective TA strategies. You will mentor teams, manage special projects, and help shape recruiting policies and candidate experience across Navitus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skill required
• Experience leading expectations of high-level partners in HR and business leadership roles
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and create custom TA strategies
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline
• Plan for future needs and build pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical roles
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance or reporting
• Market the organization to candidates with compelling information about Navitus
• Utilize social media, job boards, and other sources to attract applicants
• Support interview guide development and gain buy‑in for standardized processes
• Support development and adjustment of the talent acquisition strategy
• Collaborate with HR on offers and compensation alignment with policies
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies to ensure contractual compliance and feedback
