Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Denver, CO.

You will partner with hiring managers primarily in IT to source, screen, and present top candidates, while mentoring the team and refining recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent and improve the candidate experience. You will help develop and adjust recruiting strategies, support HR policy development, and ensure alignment with Navitus’ mission to simplify the pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting-related HR programs, policies, and regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties and required skills.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse pipeline.
• Plan for future needs and create pipelines of high-quality candidates in advance of postings.
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance or reporting.
• Market Navitus to candidates by communicating mission, priorities and EVP.
