Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

As part of the Human Resources team, the TAP will source, screen, and present top IT candidates, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a diverse talent pipeline and best-in-class service for managers and candidates. Responsibilities include developing TA strategies, multi-channel sourcing, advising on interview guides, and coordinating offers with HR and compensation.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate setting.
• Experience sourcing and marketing to fill IT roles.
• Knowledge of HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage partner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and create TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
• Build diverse talent pipelines ahead of postings.
• Lead special TA projects and reporting tasks.
• Support interview guides and offers in partnership with HR.
