Job summary

Imagen Technologies, a remote-first teleradiology company, seeks an Operations Support Associate to provide frontline support to radiologists, clinicians, and facility staff via phone, email, and chat. You will triage inquiries, support active reading workflows, and manage time-sensitive queues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.

This fast-paced role requires strong prioritization, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve imaging, order, and workflow exceptions within SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of relevant radiology or healthcare support experience, or high school diploma/GED plus 3 years of relevant healthcare, radiology, or clinical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, technologists, clinicians, and radiologists. Triage and resolve calls, emails, chats, and support cases while maintaining accurate CRM documentation.
• Assist radiologists with study inquiries, worklist concerns, case prioritization, workflow flags, and other time-sensitive requests. Monitor clinical systems for SLA concerns and troubleshoot common imaging and order exceptions, including missing images or orders, demographic discrepancies, and accession/MRN mismatches.
• Facilitate clinical communications, including Critical Finding notifications, provider-to-provider calls, and follow-up on time-sensitive studies.
