GovCIO is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support mission-critical infrastructure modernization programs for the U.S. Coast Guard. This position will serve as a key technical leader within the PMO, driving concurrent execution of complex enterprise network tech refreshes, OOB management deployments, and legacy VSAT replacement programs across USCG sites.

The role is fully remote. The candidate will plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, coordinating with USCG

Qualifications

• PMP or federal PM certification required.
• Experience managing large federal contracts or enterprise IT deployments (DoD/DHS/USCG).
• Experience deploying OOB management architectures for remote networks.
• Experience with satellite communications and legacy VSAT migrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for USCG network upgrades.
• Develop and maintain WBS, schedules, and critical path plans.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with USCG leadership, engineers, field techs, and vendors.
• Ensure SLAs and regulatory compliance for all deployments.
• Manage budgets and procurement for global network hardware/services.
• Deliver engineering docs, change tickets, and MSRs.
