Job summary
Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system supporting State Medicaid clients. This role provides delivery leadership across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions and successful onboarding of new State Medicaid customers.
The position is fully remote with up to 25% travel; you will collaborate with managers, business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in software delivery or program delivery leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for project technology issues.
- Manage project expectations and priorities with stakeholders.
- Lead delivery across multiple teams for enterprise healthcare systems.
- Oversee SDLC adherence, change management, and quality assurance.
- Provide guidance and training to staff.
- Coordinate client demonstrations and technical presentations.
