Job summary
Maximus seeks an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee development, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. You will provide delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions for a COTS healthcare product.
This role is fully remote and requires up to 25% travel. You will collaborate with managers, analysts, developers, testers and operations to ensure successful onboarding of new State Medicaid customers and
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- PMP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for project technology issues
- Manage project expectations and communicate with stakeholders
- Develop trust and client relationships to add value
- Review all project deliverables for quality and compliance
- Lead delivery across application development, systems integration, and infrastructure
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff
- Ensure project teams follow SDLC and change management processes
- Coordinate technical presentations to stakeholders
