Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system supporting State Medicaid clients. This role provides delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions for an established COTS product.

This is a fully remote position with up to 25% travel. You will partner with managers, analysts, developers, testers, and operations staff to ensure consistent delivery,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of software delivery experience with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems (Medicaid preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the client-facing delivery lead for project technology issues.
• Manage project expectations, assess needs, and prioritize with stakeholders.
• Develop trust and strengthen client relationships to add value.
• Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and contractual compliance.
• Lead delivery of application development, systems integration, and infrastructure services.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• Ensure staff understand applications and processes.
