Job summary
Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee the development, maintenance, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. You will provide delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring compliant, high-quality solutions within a COTS product environment.
The role is fully remote with up to 25% travel and reports to senior leadership. Ideal candidates will drive delivery processes, mentor staff, and manage risks to ensure successful
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- 10+ years of delivery experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience overseeing Medicaid-related healthcare delivery is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface for project technology issues with clients.
- Manage expectations, assess needs, and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
- Build trust and strong client relationships; identify value adds for client initiatives.
- Ensure deliverables meet contractual standards and quality metrics.
- Lead delivery of application development, systems integration, and infrastructure services; ensure lifecycle adherence.
