PDS is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new business development for Staffing & Solutions in the Greater Seattle market. This remote role requires residing in the Greater Seattle area, with a strong focus on hunting new clients and expanding workforce solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT and/or Aerospace staffing, a proven sales track record, and the ability to grow a personal book of business within an industry-leading commission structure.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT and/or Aerospace staffing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: proactively prospect and nurture client relationships to place IT and/or Aerospace professionals.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Talent Marketing: present and promote skills and capabilities to clients for optimal matches.
• Database Management: build and maintain a robust client/prospect database aligned to market opportunities.
• Networking: engage in industry events to grow brand presence and opportunity pipeline.
