• Proven new business development selling professional services.
• Experience with high-value deals ($250k+ per sale).
• Sales cycles from 3 to 12 months.
• Stable career history; max 4 jobs in 10 years.
• Uncapped compensation via commissions and bonuses.
• Record of revenue growth from lead generation.

Responsabilidades

• The Business Development Director identifies potential accounts, develops an entry strategy, conducts prospecting campaigns, builds relationships, and collaborates with SMEs to craft solutions.
