Job summary

Zillow Group's Rentals team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Integration Solutions, resolving complex integration issues, and building tools and documentation to boost reliability for partner systems. You will guide investigations, define approaches, and communicate findings across technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in solutions consulting, integration support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate technical information for partners and engineers.
• Experience coordinating across teams and documenting findings.
• Interest in developing AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and resolutions of complex integration issues.
• Conduct partner discovery conversations and propose integration approaches.
• Develop and maintain integration guides, escalation playbooks, onboarding resources.
• Improve operational tools and workflows (Zendesk, Slack automations, Airtable).
• Define launch support plans and post-launch reviews.
