  • Develop and enhance AI-assisted knowledge management and diagnostic tools that improve troubleshooting efficiency and encourage knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize integration documentation, technical guides, escalation playbooks, onboarding materials, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Improve operational tools and workflows using platforms such as Zendesk, Slack automations, Airtable, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Analyze support trends, integration performance, and operational health indicators to identify recurring problems, recommend root-cause solutions, and strengthen proactive monitoring.
  • Define launch support strategies covering documentation, escalation procedures, monitoring requirements, and known limitations.

  • Work cross-functionally to improve system reliability, streamline processes, and deliver a consistent experience for partners and end users.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical account management, implementation, integration support, business systems analysis, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of XML, JSON, data mapping, and feed-based integrations, including experience with or knowledge of the Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards (MITS) schema.
  • Familiarity with APIs, REST, webhooks, and tools such as Postman, with the ability to interpret API documentation and investigate issues across connected systems. Production coding is not required.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical problems, identify patterns, and develop practical, sustainable improvements.
