Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements, test product integrations, and support enterprise properties with technology solutions. You will partner with Customer Success and teams to drive value in our property management platform ecosystem.

Remote work within the United States is supported. Strong knowledge of Yardi/RealPage/Entrata and Microsoft tools is preferred, with Agile product development experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with gathering business and functional requirements and leading programs/projects.
• Familiarity with property management software and integrations (Yardi/RealPage/Entrata).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and piloting of product integrations with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to track property tech trends and requests.
• Document and communicate project status, roadmaps and metrics to stakeholders.
