Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Systems Manager to own the systems, data workflows, and integrations powering sales and customer success.

You will optimize Salesforce, Gong, and Chili Piper to ensure accurate, timely information and scalable, reliable processes across the revenue engine. In this role, you’ll design cross-platform solutions, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive adoption through documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in sales systems, revenue operations technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise including configuration, Flow, permissions, data models, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions and workflow automations; ability to explain value, safeguards, and support needs.
• Ability to develop, read, debug, and maintain integration or application code (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cross-platform solutions to improve lead routing, scheduling, sales engagement, onboarding, and handoffs.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce, Gong (Engage and Forecast), and Chili Piper.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to decide between native capabilities, integrations, or custom solutions.
• Develop AI-enabled tools and automation to reduce manual effort and improve execution.
• Lead testing, release readiness, and post-launch validation; manage adoption with stakeholders.
