Branch is remote-first with HQ in Columbus, OH, seeking a Senior Territory Manager to own a defined state or set of states and grow business from independent agencies. You will drive adoption of Branch’s quoting tools, build trust with agency principals and producers, and manage a territory plan that links to a measurable production target.

The role emphasizes in-person, field-based activities, territory ownership, and account development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business.
• Existing relationships with independent agencies in the assigned state(s) are helpful.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and build a target agency list; decide where to invest time.
• Carry a production target for bound premium and policy count within the territory.
• Run in-person agency visits, lunches, and local events to build relationships.
• Ask for commitments and secure production contributions.
• Clearly communicate Branch's value proposition and appetite to target producers.
• Educate agencies on Branch's quoting platform and ideal risk profile.
• Train stakeholders at agencies to quote using Branch's platform first.
• Grow share of producing agencies and re-engage dormant ones.
• Address objections and translate field insights into Branch strategy.
