WAHVE is seeking an experienced Operations Business Analyst to work from home, leveraging extensive insurance knowledge in a remote, long-term role with benefits. The ideal candidate will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT; translate requirements into clear specs; manage multi-state, multi-line policy life cycles; support KPI development and data submissions to rating bureaus; and ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions.

This is a long-term engagement.

Formación

• Requires extensive insurance industry experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience with multi-state, multi-line policies and data submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line policy life cycles including rating/pricing and issuing policies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows across lines of business.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments.
