Job summary

WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home in a remote, long-term Operations Business Analyst role. We value significant insurance experience and offer flexible full or part-time schedules with benefits.

As a vintage expert, you will liaise across underwriting, accounting, compliance, IT, and other areas while translating requirements into actionable specs and managing multi-state, multi-line policies and related data submissions.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology, etc.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to technicians.
• Become proficient in managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting, and issuing policies.
• Participate in and understand the development of operational KPI’s and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows dependent upon line of business, state, specific rules, and regulations.
• Serve as SME regarding how to prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
