Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other ops areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle (rating/pricing, quoting, issuing).
• Develop operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions per line of business, state, and rules.
• Prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
