Qualifications

• Extensive insurance industry experience and knowledge.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other areas.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line policy life cycle including rating, quoting and issuance, plus related activity.
• Contribute to development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions following varied workflows based on line of business and state rules.
• Serve as SME on data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
