WAHVE LLC offers a fully remote insurance Operations Business Analyst role. You’ll work from home on long-term assignments, supporting carrier or MGA clients with your deep industry knowledge and a flexible schedule that can be full- or part-time.

Success comes from liaising across underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT, translating requirements into actionable specs, and guiding the policy lifecycle while contributing to KPI and service standard development.

Formación

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT across operations.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting and issuing policies.
• Participate in developing operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business, state, rules, and regulations.
• Serve as SME on data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
• 25 years of full-time work experience and 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and related ops areas.

• Manage multi-state, multi-line policy life cycle including rating, quoting, issuing and account activity.
• Develop and monitor operational KPI’s and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow prescribed workflows by line of business, state, rules and regulations.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state insurance departments.
