Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operations teams
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy life cycle (rating/pricing, quoting, issuing policies)
• Support development of operational KPIs and service standards
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business, state, and rule sets
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance
