Job summary

WAHVE LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Business Analyst for a remote, long-term role. You will work from home with full or part-time schedules, leveraging extensive insurance industry knowledge to support carrier and MGA clients across underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT interfaces.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into clear specs, managing multi-state accounts, and developing KPIs and service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience required.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other ops teams.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specs understandable by technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow workflows across lines of business, state rules and regulations.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
