WAHVE is seeking a senior Operations Business Analyst to work from home in the United States, collaborating with insurance carrier and MGA clients. You will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other departments to translate customer requirements into actionable functional specs and data submissions.

This long-term, remote role offers full- or part-time schedules. Candidates should have 25 years of full-time insurance experience and 10 recent years in the industry,

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.
• Experience liaising with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with various operational areas such as underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology, etc.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to technicians.
• Become proficient in managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle which could include rating/pricing, quoting, and issuing policies as well as handling related account activity.
• Participate and understand the development of operational KPI’s and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows dependent upon line of business, company, state, specific rules, and regulations.
• Serve as SME regarding how to prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
